Adobe Illustrator CS6 review
Adobe Illustrator CS6 is the best program you can get for creating logos. It is part of the Adobe package and you will absolutely love it when it comes to logo and icon creating. I hear a lot of people who ask me how to do logos and icons on Photoshop, but that is just stupid. Photoshop is not made for icon creation or logos, it is only for photos. We will make a review on that as soon as possible!
The difference with Photoshop and Illustrator is the quality between the two. With Illustrator, no matter how much you will zoom your logo or icon you have created, there will be not a single pixilation or blur you will get. The icon will be perfect and you will notice you can save your project as .svg format. That doesn't mean that you cannot save you icon as a .ico, but first you must make some little stuff before that. When it comes to photoshop, since you start your work for an icon, you are terribly mistaken. The project you have worked on, will become so bad, that you will have to start again. The idea behind these two programs, is that Illustrator is optimized for logo, icon and text creation, meanwhile Photoshop is for photography, so you better learn this before it is too late!
